By accessing and using KKbake's services, products, and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

KKbake reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

KKbake specializes in the research, development, production, and sales of professional baking equipment including:

• Commercial baking sheet pans and trays
• Muffin and baguette pans
• Bread loaf pans and bakery trolleys
• Oven and cooling racks
• Custom baking solutions

All products are manufactured according to ISO9001 standards and hold CQC national food contact certification.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. KKbake reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Payment terms are net 30 days for established commercial accounts. New customers may require payment in advance or letter of credit.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Custom orders require detailed specifications and may involve additional engineering fees.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on product availability and destination. KKbake is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. International shipments are subject to customs duties and taxes at the destination.

Damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for investigation and resolution.

KKbake products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase.

Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage from improper handling or cleaning.

Returns must be authorized in advance and returned in original condition within 30 days. Custom products are non-returnable unless defective.

All product designs, specifications, and technical documentation remain the intellectual property of KKbake.

Customers may not reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce KKbake products without written authorization.

The KKbake name, logo, and trademarks are protected and may not be used without permission.

KKbake's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

Products are sold for commercial use by trained professionals. Proper training and safety procedures are the responsibility of the user.

KKbake makes no warranties beyond those explicitly stated and disclaims all implied warranties.
